RegEvent provides registration services to organisers of sporting and running events. The website was originally created in 2010 to provide registrations for KP Events (with whom we are still strongly associated with) who organise running events in the Midlands including the Lichfield Half Marathon, Xtreme, The Lichfield Cathedral Dash and Fradley 10K.

We can to offer significant savings for organisers with very competitive fees compared to Runners World and other providers. Please contact us for further details.

We have recently improved our website making it easier for organisers to create and track events and improve the user experience generally. We provide the following services:

• take online personal details from competitors
• allow the definition of multiple events with detailed information about each event
• the definition of minimum age restrictions per race
• multiple age related price categories
• shopping basket of event entries for entrants to pay for multiple events in one session
• organiser dashboard showing up to the minute sales of all events
• accept online payments (via PayPal) with monthly billing cycles
• email notifaction of entries to organisers (with configurable frequencies)
• provide detailed reporting of entrants downloadable to Excel
• monthly payment cycles showing statements of income
• ability to issue full or partial refunds
• many configurable settings
